If you place your order after 2 pm, we’ll ship it the very next working day.
Stock is ordered with suppliers and available to buy. The available date given is based on supplier dates and we always aim to ship on time, sometimes we have unexpected delays but you will be kept informed.

Delivery Costs
Mainland UK
We offer free delivery on all orders over £50.00 to mainland UK.
There is a £5.00 delivery charge for mainland UK orders under £50.00, which is added at checkout.
Saturday delivery is offered for an additional cost of £12.00
We also offer delivery outside of mainland UK, including to Europe and North America. Delivery costs for all other areas are calculated automatically at checkout.
Delivery To Europe
We ship to most countries in Europe, please be advised that you will be responsible for all import taxes and duties. When shipping to the EU this can range from 20-30% of the total cost of the order. Ordering from Europe has the benefit of VAT free shopping which should be taken in to account when calculating total cost. If you refuse to pay the customs duties any shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund when we receive the goods back.
Payment Plans
If you choose to use our payment plan service, your items will be dispatched once the plan is paid in full. Our live delivery date system does not apply to items ordered by payment plan.

Stress Free Returns
Returning an Unwanted Item
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us..
Perhaps it doesn’t fit your requirements as expected, you’ve had a change of plans or you’ve simply changed your mind.
No problem.
We aim to make our returns process as easy as possible for our customers. All you need to do is:
Make sure the product is unused, unopened and in the original packaging, with all seals, shrink-wrap or labels still attached, and in the condition you received, allowing us to sell the item on as new.
Return the product and proof of purchase, by recorded delivery within 14 days following the date the product was dispatched to you. Remember to enclose your name, address, phone number or email, and your reason for returning the goods.
If you wish to arrange a collection via our courier service, there is a flat collection fee of £15. Please contact us if you’d like to arrange this.
We cannot provide a refund once you have used the product.
If something goes wrong with your pram or pushchair
Most of our prams and pushchairs include a manufacturer’s warranty. This means that for the time period of the warranty, if something goes wrong you are entitled to request a repair.
All repairs are undertaken by the manufacturer, independent of Little Angels Prams, but we will facilitate all collections and repairs.
We will arrange for the manufacturer to collect your pram from your home within 5-7 days free of charge, or you can drop it off at our store if preferred, and we’ll arrange collection from there.
While we understand that being without your pram is inconvenient, we do not have any capacity to provide a pushchair or pram lending service. Little Angels Prams act only as a go-between, your warranty is with the brand who manufactures your pushchair.
We will, however, communicate with your pushchair manufacturer on your behalf to help ensure a smooth and efficient repair service.

Prepare to be wowed by the power of UV. This Portable UV Steriliser uses ultraviolet light to sterilise your bottles and other baby items in just 3 mins with no water, microwave, chemicals, cooling time or drying! Mind…blown!
We’ve created the NEW Portable UV Steriliser that’ll allow you to spend less time on the boring sterilising bit and more time doing other important things like getting some sleep (wishful thinking) and spending more happy moments with your baby, even when you’re out and about!
It’s so simple to use, and you don’t even need to be near a plug socket for it to work – just pop one bottle into the top part of the compact unit, zip it up, press the button on the front to start a 3 minute UV cycle, and you're good to go straight away - no need to wait for it to cool off as there's no heat used in the first place! The button will light up and flash when the cycle is in progress, and it'll be a solid light when the cycle completes. There aren’t any hidden complicated steps like measuring water, making up a chemical sterilising solution or cleaning up mess afterwards either (yes, that means no descaling!). It really is THAT straightforward.
What is the UV? Ultraviolet light is electromagnetic radiation that kills microorganisms (the medical industry uses ultraviolet light to sterilise rooms, equipment and medical instruments because it's super safe and effective), so with this handy steriliser, during those 3 mins, the UV light is zapping and killing 99.9% of bacteria FAST. All of that happens whilst consuming less power than a steam sterilising method. Neat or what?
The bag itself is made from an easy-clean, super-stylish fabric, and it’s compact, so it won’t take up a lot of space (perfect if you don’t like things on your kitchen units either clogging up space – just give it a quick wipe and put it away once you’re done!) It even has a handy storage compartment so you can store an item and sterilise it when you’re on-the-go.
It’s lightweight and comes with a rechargeable li-ion battery (which lasts approx. 17 cycles from a full charge) for on-the-go use if you did want to take it away on, i.e. holiday, when you’re staying with family, going for a catch up with your NCT group, heading on a walk…basically anywhere! You can even fasten it onto a pram by the carry handle or carry it over your shoulder using the detachable, long and adjustable strap provided.
